Refund policy.

Credits are prepaid and spent per token. If you change your mind, unused credits come back to you within 14 days, no questions asked.

01Unused credits, within 14 days

Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a refund of the credits from that purchase that you have not used. If you have not used any of them, we also refund the service fee, so you get the full amount back. If you have used some, we refund the unused part and keep the service fee.

Credits are spent oldest purchase first. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. The refunded amount is removed from your key's balance.

02After 14 days

Credits older than 14 days are not refundable, but they stay on your key and keep working. We do not expire credits.

03When something went wrong on our side

If a router fault, a provider outage or a billing error charged you for requests that failed or never returned a response, tell us the time and model and we will credit the cost back to your key, whatever the age of the purchase.

04How to ask

Email support@openuncensored.com from the address on your Stripe receipt, with the receipt number or the last four characters of your key. Never send us the full key. We answer within two business days.

05Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank: a refund is faster for everyone. A disputed payment disables the key it funded while the dispute is open.

06Consumers in the EU and UK

You have a 14 day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because API credits start working as soon as you buy them, you agree that we start performance immediately and that you lose the withdrawal right for the credits you use. Unused credits are refunded under section 1, which covers the same 14 days.

07Who processes payments

Payments run through Stripe. Where Stripe's Managed Payments is enabled, Stripe's Link is the seller of record and its terms also apply to the transaction. Either way, ask us first and we will process the refund. See also our terms of service.
